Cares
- Cut the stems of bouquet diagonally (45º), so that base is wider to absorb water and nutrients. Just 1 cm is enough every two days.
- If your bouquet has roses, you will need to remove some of the outer petals, which we call "safety petals". We leave these to protect the center of the flower during the journey, guaranteeing maximum quality on arrival.
- Remove any leaves from the lower part of the stem that may be in contact with the water, to prevent harmful bacteria from appearing in the water.
- Put fresh water in a vase, add a sachet of nutrients to the water that will help keep it sterile for longer, as well as including some essential nutrients for the flowers.

AS flores eram lindíssimas, muito frescas e bem arranjadas. Acondicionamento perfeito, numa caixa com mensagem inspiradora. Foram de uma eficiência incrível, tendo em conta que me atrapalhei na altura da encomenda e me devo ter enganado na morada de destino. Por fim, as flores destinavam-se a uma doente terminal que acompanhava na equipa de Cuidados Paliativos em que estou integrada, no Hospital Cuf Porto. A doente ficou muito feliz com a surpresa. Viria a falecer pouco mais de 24 horas depois de receber as flores, mas valeu muito, muito a pena!

Porém, deixo uma sugestão. Os meus girassóis chegaram murchinhos. Haveria forma de ultrapassar essa situação? Pergunto porque eu recebi a minha encomenda as 17 horas e após contato com a vossa linha, informaram que as flores foram expedidas ontem à noite. Foram muitas horas sem água e há flores mais sensíveis que outras.
