Do you have any questions?
What are the opening hours of Flores no Cais?
Our events coordinator responds to all requests between Tuesday and Saturday. Appointments and face-to-face consultations must be booked in advance to ensure the best service.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept payment of 50% when the quote is accepted and the remainder the day before the event. Payment methods include Cash, Multibanco, MB Way, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
Do you offer services beyond Lisbon and Montijo?
Yes, in addition to greater Lisbon and Setúbal, we are available for events in other locations on request and depending on availability.
What does the wedding package include?
Our wedding package can be customized according to each client's needs. It includes options such as bouquets, floral arrangements for the ceremony and reception, buttonholes, flower crowns and vehicle decorations. We personalize every detail to ensure that your day is unique.
Do you make personalized bouquets?
Yes, we make personalized bouquets. We work with each bride to create a bouquet that reflects her style and the colors of her wedding.
Do you have an advisory service for choosing flowers?
We don't currently offer a formal advisory service, but we are always available to help you choose the flowers and arrangements that best suit your event.
Is it possible to schedule a meeting to discuss details and customizations?
Yes, it is possible to schedule a face-to-face or virtual meeting to discuss all the details and customizations of your event. Please get in touch to arrange a convenient date and time.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Flores no Cais advises that you get in touch at least one month in advance. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially during the high wedding season.
What types of flowers are available for the arrangements?
In fact, almost all of them, even if you have to import them, although this will increase your budget and you'll need to order them in good time. If you're looking for a lower budget, we recommend asking about the seasonal flowers available in the month of your wedding.
Do you ship nationally?
Bridal items deserve very special care and, as a rule, we don't send them by courier. However, if you really want our bouquets and can't pick them up by hand, we can quote for shipping to mainland Portugal.
Can I see examples of your previous work?
Yes, we have a portfolio of previous work that you can consult at the top of this page or on our Instagram. You can also schedule a visit to our space to see physical samples and discuss the details of your event in person.
What are the cancellation and refund policies?
Amounts paid are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal. However, you can request a postponement or suspension of the event for up to one year, or a voucher for the amount paid to be used for future services, up to 15 days after the award.
