How does payment work?
When creating your subscription, the only valid payment method is credit or debit card. We charge the bouquet the day before each delivery. If there is any problem with the payment we will contact you.
When will I receive my bouquet?
You can select the day you prefer to receive your flowers between Tuesday and Friday. You will receive them between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm. And, of course, always with the frequency you chose.
Can I get an Invoice with VAT number?
No problem, just add the VAT number at checkout when creating your subscription. Whenever a new debit is made, you will receive an email with the invoice and the data you entered.
What happens if i'm not home?
Don’t worry, if the carrier is unable to deliver your order, he will contact you for a second free delivery attempt. Either way, we can also always try to speed up contact with the carrier.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can do it from the “My Account” menu or by sending us an email. But remember that you must make this change 48h before the next delivery date.
What if I go on vacations?
If you are not at home for a period of time, you can suspend your subscription. For as long as you want, we will not send you any bouquet or charge you any cost.
What if I don't like the proposed bouquets?
Talk to us. Together we can analyze other options within our offer that are more to your tastes.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can upgrade/downgrade, suspend or cancel your subscription whenever you want in the “My Account” menu. There is no commitment to stay or absolutely no penalty for canceling your subscription.
