Nutrient sachet

Our commitment to quality means ensuring that the flowers reach you in the best condition. That's why we wrap the stems of your bouquet in a moist bag so that the flowers stay hydrated during transportation.

Your bouquet will arrive in a recycled cardboard box, where as well as fresh flowers you'll find a card with a dedication (if you choose one), and a little packet of nutrients to help keep your bouquets going for longer.

You can start creating your subscription here whenever you want, just follow the steps to set up your subscription before proceeding to checkout.

You can suspend subscription during the vacation period free of charge in your account area > subscriptions.

If you prefer, for your convenience, you can also send us an email to [email protected] and we'll postpone the next renewal date until you're back home.

Please get in touch so that we can look at other options within our range. We can usually add some notes to your subscription so that the florist can take them into account when creating your bouquet.

At checkout, you can schedule your first delivery 28 days in advance. If you choose, for example, to have it delivered on a Wednesday, we will try to deliver it on the same day of the week, as often as you choose.

If this happens, the courier will try to get in touch with you to make it as quick as possible. In any case, you are entitled to a second delivery attempt free of charge. 

You can change the delivery address of your subscription, just let us know at [email protected]. We recommend that you do this 48 working hours before the next renewal.

At checkout, you can choose between Bank Card or PayPal to create your subscription. The charge will be made on the working day before delivery, the day on which the order will be processed.

Yes, just enter your TIN at the checkout. You will receive an invoice by email each time you renew subscription.

You can upgrade, downgrade, suspend or cancel your subscription whenever you want in My Account > Subscriptions. There is no lock-in period, and no penalty for canceling your subscription.
